The Law on passenger road transport adopted
The National Assembly of Serbia adopted the Law on passenger road transport in August 2015 and it has been published in Official Gazette of RS N068 on August 4, 2015. This law has been in force from August 12, 2015, but majority of its provisions shall be applicable with delay of 18 months (transition period), meaning that it will start to be applied from February 13, 2017.
However, the provisions that regulate the taxi driver’s services shall be applied within 3 months from the day when the Law enters into force, meaning November 12, 2015.
