Amendments to the Company law
The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Law on Amendments to the Company Law on December 23, 2021, which was published in the Official Gazette of RS No. 129/2021, and is in force as of January 5, 2022. To encourage the connection of science and economy in the field of innovation, this law regulates the goals and organization of the application of scientific knowledge, technical and technological knowledge, and inventions in the function of improving products, processes, and services as drivers of development of the Republic of Serbia.
