Amendments to the Law on planning and construction
The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted on April 29, 2019 Law on Amendments to the Law on planning and construction, which was published in the Official Gazette of RS No. 31/2019. The provisions of the amended law entered into force on April 30, 2019. The main goal that the legislator wanted to achieve by passing the Law on Amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction are to encourage construction while improving compliance with the principles of legal security and safety of construction, to provide quality public sector services, as well as to attract domestic and foreign investors and increase employment, and to make the construction of line infrastructure facilities more efficient.
